timing problems pcking

well, the string sounds are fantastic. congratualtions! the normal guitar strumming sounds to electronically and it makes a strange sound. the picking sounds are great, but the way of picking is not always in time. so it's difficult to use it. another problem is: what about the tempo adjustment. at the moment i make my own picking or i use the chords only for handmade downstrums. please check out the timing problems in the picking mode and optimize the strumming modes. and important for everything ist the tempo adjustment.
